Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition (no signs of wear, washing, or damage).
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., drawstrings, zipper pulls) must be intact.
  • Final sale items (marked clearly on the product page) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return/Exchange:

  2. We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a pre-paid return label (for U.S. orders) and step-by-step instructions.

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
