1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for athletic clothing, activewear, outerwear, loungewear, or related accessories (collectively, “Products”) through the Vuoriclothingn website (the “Site”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. These terms govern the entire transaction between you and Vuoriclothingn, including order placement, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
2.1 Order Submission
When you submit an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed prices. All orders are subject to acceptance by Vuoriclothingn, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Global Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no additional shipping fees for any destination.
4.2 Delivery Tracking

- Customs Duties & Import Fees: You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the order price or shipping costs, and they will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate potential charges before placing your order.
- Compliance with Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that the Products you purchase comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in your country of residence. Vuoriclothingn is not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance with local requirements.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Eligibility & Timeline
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged Products for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The Products are in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The Products have not been washed, altered, or damaged (normal wear and tear from trying on items is acceptable).
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are not eligible for returns.
6.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:
